What can I engrave?
Your own text (names, dates, short messages), a drawing you make on the screen, or a photo you upload. Photo engraving is done in a single tone, so bright, high-contrast photos with a clear subject work best.
Will I see my design before ordering?
Yes. The designer shows a live preview of your design on the pendant shape and finish you choose. We also review every design before production and contact you if something will not engrave well.
What is the necklace made of?
It is made of 925 sterling silver. You can choose the 925 Sterling Silver finish, or 18K Gold Plated or 18K Rose Gold Plated over the same sterling silver base. It is not solid gold.
Which chain length should I choose?
Chains are available from 14 to 24 inches at the same price. 16 inches sits near the collarbone, 18 inches is the most popular everyday length, and 20 inches or longer works well for layering.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free within the United States (we currently ship to US addresses only). Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, about 3 to 7 business days in total.
Can I return a custom necklace?
Because each piece is made to your design, it cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged, defective or different from the design you submitted.
