Paperclip Chain Name Necklace – Personalized Nameplate

A script nameplate hung from a paperclip chain — flat elongated links rather than the usual fine cable. The heavier chain gives a personalized piece some weight, which is what separates it from the dainty version everyone already has.

Made in 925 sterling silver

Solid 925 sterling silver under every finish. Choose sterling silver as it is, 18K gold plated, or 18K rose gold plated.

Why people choose it

The chain is part of the design

On most name necklaces the chain disappears. Here the links are wide enough to read on their own, so the piece works even when the name is not facing forward.

Holds its own in a stack

A fine chain gets lost under a chunkier one. This does not, which makes it the easier choice for people who layer.

Finish options

Shipping and preparation

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and ship free within the United States from our New York fulfillment location. Total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 3–7 business days. Personalized pieces may need the full preparation window.

Caring for it

Keep the piece away from perfume, lotion and cleaning products, and store it in its pouch when you are not wearing it. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth.

Chain Length Guide

Choose your chain length in the Chain Length option above: 14" to 24" (35–60 cm), all the same price. 18" is our most popular length.

Tip: measure a necklace you already love, or wrap a string around your neck where you want it to sit. Pendant size adds a little extra drop.
