What is the necklace made of?
It is made of 925 sterling silver. You can choose the 925 Sterling Silver finish, or 18K Gold Plated or 18K Rose Gold Plated over the same sterling silver base. It is not solid gold.
Will the gold plating fade?
Plating is a thin layer, so it can wear gradually with friction, water, perfume and lotions. Removing the necklace before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping and wiping it with a soft dry cloth helps it keep its finish longer.
Which chain length should I choose?
Chains are available from 14 to 24 inches at the same price. 16 inches sits near the collarbone, 18 inches is the most popular everyday length, and 20 inches or longer works well for layering.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free within the United States (we currently ship to US addresses only). Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, about 3 to 7 business days in total. Estimates are not guaranteed, especially in busy holiday weeks.
Can I return a personalized necklace?
Personalized pieces are made to your details, so they cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from the details you submitted. Please check both names and the date before checkout.
